Filipino Style BBQ

Ingredients:

1/2 pound Pork Loin or Pork Shoulder cut into strips
1 cup of soy sauce 
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 lemon 🍋 
1/4 cup banana ketchup 
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 clove of garlic (crushed or chopped)
1/2 cup of water

Optional: 1/2 cup of sprite soda

Mix all in a bowl and marinade overnight. Skewer the meats into sticks and grill.
And for the Grilled Corn on the Cob.
Peel back corn husk and remove silk.  Place one tablespoon butter, salt and pepper and brush on.
